  • Dealing with enquiries prior to their arrival and throughout their stay
  • Check your guests out and inspect the property after each booking
  • Holding and returning deposit, for each booking
  • Register all guests with the police authorities upon arrival
  • Organise cleaning of your property after each booking, including linen & laundry services
  • Undertake any repairs and maintenance of your property once agreed with you
